Our Brewing Method

Our espresso is prepared with precision:

Beans are freshly ground to a fine consistency
Ground coffee is tamped evenly in the portafilter
Water heated to 90-96°C is forced through the grounds at 9 bars of pressure
The result is 25-30ml of concentrated coffee with a golden crema on top

Each shot is carefully timed between 25-30 seconds for optimal extraction and flavor.
